Prom Reminders
Students attending the prom this Saturday, April 27 must remember the following items:
1. You must have Photo ID and ticket for admission
2. No backpacks will be allowed into the building.
3. Parking at Riverside is available to the left of the building. Overflow parking will go to the Simventions parking lot across from Riverside Performing Center .
4. Prom begins at 7 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m.
5. Prom Court members must be there by 8:30 p.m.
6. Voting for Court will occur at prom.
7. Once you leave there will not be reentry into the prom.
8. All school code of conduct rules will be enforced. Administration as well as security will be present throughout the night.

Germanna Community College is offering various SMART START tuition-free course options for Dual Enrollment students, graduating seniors, first-generation students, and students who may have additional barriers. Each SMART START program will provide specialized advising, assistance with financial aid processes, dedicated academic support, career & transfer tools, resources, and so much more! GCC is here to support all students in their academic endeavors.
There is a priority deadline of April 15th. A SMART START Interest Form must be completed to determine eligibility. The QR code provided on the attached flyer and a link on the GCC homepage will direct students to more detailed information and the link for the interest form. Students will be contacted by GCC staff directly once they complete and submit a SMART START Interest Form.

A reminder that the annual FAFSA information night is coming up on January 22 from 5:30-7. This event will include refreshments and a presentation from a financial aid expert, followed by a Q&A session.

Crumbl Cookies Fundraiser - Wednesday, Oct. 25
Come out to Crumbl Cookies in Central Park on Wednesday, October 25 to support the MHS yearbook, newspaper and literary magazine! A portion of all sales from 3-6 p.m. will go toward printing our school publications - no flier needed.

Panther Swim Team Interest Meeting
If you want to join the swim team, please complete the form on the Panther Community Announcements in Canvas. An interest meeting will be held on Friday, October 20th during Pride Time in the library.
