Suggested (but not limited to) items

Outdoor Play: Sidewalk chalk, bubbles, jump ropes, frisbees, or reusable water bottles.

Creativity: Coloring books, crayons, markers, stickers, or small craft kits.

Brain Power: Reading books, card games, travel-sized board games, or puzzles.

Summer Essentials: Sunscreen (new), sunglasses, or fun beach towels.

Students spent the morning building connections and spreading joy through a variety of interactive activities, including Bingo, cornhole, hat-making, decorating flower pots, and planting flowers and vegetables together. Beyond the activities, students enjoyed meaningful conversations with residents, creating an atmosphere of warmth, laughter, and community. The visit provided an opportunity for students to demonstrate leadership through service while brightening the day for everyone involved. It was a memorable experience and a fun time was had by all.
