At the request of the National Security Council, Spotsylvania High School students Jake Goodwin and J'C Kabunga along with SHS Business & IT Teacher Kristi Rice represented the United States in the Quad Partners Cyber Challenge on Thursday, October 10, 2024. The Quad Cyber Challenge is between the US, Japan, India, and Australia and is to promote our efforts to strengthen cyber ecosystems and the cybersecurity workforce. Spotsylvania High School was also recognized as one of 3 top high school cybersecurity programs in the US.
