Spotsylvania County Public Schools (“SCPS”) is committed to providing an environment that emphasizes the dignity and value of every member of its community. Pursuant to 34 C.F.R. 106.8(b) and in compliance with Title IX and its implementing regulations, SCPS does not discriminate based on sex in its education program or activity.
