Together, we prepare our students for their future.

UPDATE -Due to the recent weather events SCPS has decided to cancel mid-term exams.

Student grades for the semester will be calculated using the grades from the 1st and 2nd 9-week marking periods. Please note that although exams are canceled some teachers may still utilize the assessment as a means of determining student growth.  Additionally, while some teachers may forgo the exam entirely a student will have the opportunity to take the exam should they choose to do so.  Any student wanting to take the exam will need to coordinate a suitable time with their teacher. In all cases an exam grade can only be used should it elevate a student's semester average.

As a result of the cancellation of exams, Dec. 17 & 18 will now be full days for high schools.  Dec 19 remain a half day for high schools only.  Dec 20 continues to be a half day for all levels.

The December 10, 2018 School Board Meeting has been rescheduled for December 17, 2018.
All recognitions originally scheduled on December 10, 2018 have been rescheduled for January 14, 2019 School Board Meeting.
