ParentVUE is a robust system that includes a photo of your child, attendance, grade book as well as other personal information.  In order to access ParentVUE, you will need an activation key.  Each Parent/Guardian who has educational rights for the student will have a unique activation key.

Get Started:

• We believe that the safest method to provide your activation key to your child's student information is to distribute the activation key face to face.  You will need to have a photo ID to pick up the activation key.

• Each parent/guardian will need to pick up their activation key unless the permission form (available at your child's school or by clicking here) is signed by the parent/guardian. The designee must present the signed form at the time of pick up and show ID to confirm they are the designee.

• If you have multiple children, you only need to pick up an activation key from one school.  The activation key will allow you to access all of your children's information. 

• Additionally, you may sign an authorization form (available at your child's school or by clicking here) for us to release your activation key by email or mail.  However, it is important to note that personally picking up the activation key is the most secure method. 

• When you login for the first time, please verify your contact information as well as your child's information.  If changes are needed, please contact your child's school.  Please keep the following in mind:

  • We anticipate arrival and dismissal times to be the busiest times for activation key pickup.

  • Middle and High Schools have more available parking so if you have children in both Elementary and Secondary Schools, please pick up your activation key at the Secondary School.
