The meetings of the Spotsylvania County Public School Board begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Meeting Room of the Administrative Services Building, 8020 River Stone Drive, Fredericksburg, Virginia.  Meetings held in the Board Meeting Room may be videotaped and/or telecast live.  The School Board encourages comment from individuals in the community during the time allotted for public comments on the agenda.  Individuals requiring accommodations such as an interpreter or preferential seating during the meeting should contact the School Board Office at 540.834.2500 two business days in advance of the meeting. Individuals wishing to speak during public comment may also sign up in advance by contacting the Clerk's Office by Noon on the meeting date.
