Dear Charger Families,
We are excited to share an upcoming community engagement opportunity for our Chancellor High School families in partnership with Harrison Road Elementary School (HRES). On Monday, July 20th, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., we will be hosting a community event at The Timbers subdivision, and we invite our students and families to join us!
This event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow Chargers, meet members of our school community, and strengthen the partnership between our schools and the families we serve.
Please see the attached flyer for additional details about the event. We hope you will stop by, say hello, and join us as we continue to build a strong Charger community before the start of the school year.
We look forward to seeing our students and families there!
Go Chargers!

VHSL updates - Starting July 1, 2026 (fully implemented July 1, 2027), the VHSL Transfer Rule Exception 28A-7-2 (5) mandates that 9th-grade athletes must attend their designated feeder middle school for 8th grade to be immediately eligible in the fall. This eliminates the "first-time 9th grader" exception, meaning students living outside a high school's attendance zone cannot play unless they come from a feeder school or enter a specialized academy program.
