NOTICE OF CANCELLATION: PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE SCHOOL BOARD'S REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2022, HAS BEEN CANCELED.
Congratulations to Brock Road ES, Lee Hill ES, and Wilderness ES for earning Virginia Purple Star Awards for the 2022-2023 school year! These schools join Spotswood ES, which currently holds a Purple Star designation. This is the second time Wilderness ES has earned this distinction.
Come on out to Panda Express anytime between 10:30am to 10:00pm on Wednesday, November 23 and support Wilderness Elementary!
The PTA meeting this evening at 6:30pm will be held virtually.

On Friday, November 11th at 7:45AM, our PTA will host a breakfast for all veterans connected with Wildcat families. Our chorus will perform to celebrate our heroes!

Come to the WES parking lot for lots of family fun!
We will begin at 6:30 and continue until 8:30pm or until we run out of candy 🙂
Bring the kiddos dressed in their costumes to collect lots of treats and vote for their favorite vehicle! 🍬

On October 10, 2022, the School Board voted to extend Fall Break to include Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22. This means students and staff will have the entire week of November 21-25 off, and will return to class on Monday, November 28.
Because of the added Student/Teacher holiday, this means that the number of Inclement Weather Days will be reduced by two. Days 1-7 will not be made up.
