If you are planning to pick up your child on a given day and your child is NOT an everyday parent pick up, please understand that the front office must have notice of this transportation change IN WRITING (handwritten or email) by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the transportation change. We are unable to take transportation changes over the phone due to safety reasons. While we understand that there will be extenuating circumstances, please try to follow this guideline, as it will help streamline our dismissal procedures.

If you have a child that is starting Kindergarten or a child that will be new to our school (moving here from out of state), please make sure that you have an updated physical on file with the nurse (must to be within the last year).
Nurse Benton will also need updated immunizations.
For ALL families: if your child has any sort of medical needs, please make sure that Nurse Benton has an updated medical form on file.

This is an inclement weather update. All Spotsylvania County Public Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Thursday, December 15. Schools will open two hours late. 12-month employees and essential employees are to report to work on time as safety permits. All other employees will report two hours late.
