A big congratulations to:
1st Place Winner: Courcy Empie — Ms. Doss' class
2nd Place Winner: Azariah Lewis — Ms. Rose's class
These two students will proudly represent Spotsylvania Elementary School at the Division Level Spelling Bee on January 10th, 2026.

Did you know...
Students who attend school regularly—meaning they are not chronically absent (missing fewer than 10% of school days)—are much more likely to achieve proficiency on state reading and math assessments, often performing at double the rate of their chronically absent peers.
We greatly appreciate your continued efforts in partnering with us as we work to lower our chronically absenteeism at Spotsylvania Elementary! Have a wonderful holiday!
