Student-Athlete Health, Safety, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Concussion Training
As of July 1 2025, this form will replace the existing VHSL physical form. All physicals will be good for 14 months from the date of the last physical exam.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Spotsylvania County Public Schools will have a 2-hour delay on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
