I am the CHCORI (Chancellor, Courtland, Riverbend) JROTC Booster Club Secretary. One of the sons is Joseph Campbell, a sophomore at CHHS.  

We are having a Car Wash, and I was hoping Chancellor would advertise it for us.

Support the CHCORI JROTC Cadets at the Booster Club Car Wash!

Mark your calendars! The CHCORI JROTC Cadets will be hosting a community car wash to raise funds for their programs.

• Date: Saturday, October 11

• Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Location: Dunkin’ Donuts, 3730 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA (Route 3 by Cheddar’s)

• September 15–October 15 is Hispanic Heritage Month, a time to celebrate the rich history, diverse cultures, and lasting contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. At Chancellor High, we want to ensure our students see their identities reflected and honored, while also giving all students opportunities to learn and grow in appreciation of this heritage.

• Throughout the month, we will share resources, highlight influential figures, and encourage connections that celebrate Hispanic voices and stories.

• “Spotsylvania County Public Schools will host its annual Fall Recruitment Event on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We are looking for individuals with a bachelor's degree who may be interested in teaching or serving in another licensed position within our organization. We are also looking for individuals who want to serve in a support role where a bachelor’s degree is not required. Several of our schools will be represented by administrators during the event, and our Human Resources Licensure Specialist will be there to answer questions regarding the steps required to obtain a Virginia teaching license. Participants will have the opportunity to 

  pre-register for interviews using this link or participate in an on-the-spot interview. Please refer to this flyer for more details.

Today, our teachers shared the new dress code with students, and we would like to do the same with you:

STUDENT DRESS CODE

• Students must wear clothing that covers their skin from chest to mid-thigh with opaque (non-see-through) fabric in front, back, and on the sides.

• They must wear shoes at all times.

The following list contains some, but not all, examples of inappropriate attire: Halters, tank or tube tops, bare midriffs, and crop tops. (Blankets are NOT allowed.)
