John J. Wright Educational and Cultural Center took the initiative to promote a positive and team-collaborative environment by participating in after-school bonding activities. Staff gatherings are a great way to boost morale and build camaraderie among colleagues. One popular gathering the staff participated in was a chili cookoff, where employees brought their own homemade chili recipes to be judged by the entire staff. This was a fun and delicious way to bring people together and foster a sense of friendly competition.
Another staff gathering John J. Wright participated in was an outdoor event with prizes, food, and games. This was a great opportunity to get some fresh air and sunshine while also enjoying the company of coworkers. Cornhole was a lot of fun and prizes added an extra level of excitement!
