WHEN: Tuesday, July 12 from 4:30pm - 7:30pm
WHERE: Massaponax High School Gym
No appointment necessary!
Available vaccines are:
- T-dap (REQUIRED)
- Meningococcal (REQUIRED)
- HPV (OPTIONAL)
- COVID-19 (OPTIONAL)
Vaccines will be administered at NO COST. Insured students are asked to please bring their insurance cards with them.
