Picture Day will be coming to Salem on Wednesday, September 6th. The poster shown below provides the directions for ordering your students' pictures online as a prepayment, with the payment being due on the picture day. Paper flyers will also be distributed in classrooms.

If you opt to pre-order a picture package, here's a breakdown of what to anticipate on picture day. Upon placing an online order, parents or guardians will receive a camera pass via email. This pass can be either printed or sent as a text to the student and should be brought along on picture day. During the photography session, the printed camera pass will be captured alongside the student. If a student is unable to print the camera pass, the company will manually align the student with their order during the production process. Ordering from the flyer remains possible until 24 hours after picture day, after which online ordering will close. Upon the return of pictures to the school, all students who purchased packages will receive their prepaid bundles. For those students who were photographed but didn't place an order, a "Proof" (PX) of their picture from picture day will be provided. These proof packages extend a second chance for parents to order prints. It's important to note that all orders are subject to shipping and handling costs, which could amount to a maximum of $8.50, and will be directly shipped to your home.
