Seven Ponax FBLA members attend the Virginia FBLA State Leadership Conference in Reston, VA - six of them had competitive events that had objective testing on Friday afternoon.

Jacob Knaus was one of the top 10 for the Marketing objective test and advanced to finals on Saturday afternoon where he participated in a role play event to determine who would be in the top five.

Aiden Hernandez qualified for the FBLA National Leadership Conference by finishing 4th in the Word Processing event and has the opportunity to represent MHS and SCPS at the event held in Orlando, FL in June.

MHS also achieved Virginia FBLA Honor Chapter status for the 2023-2024 school year by obtaining more than 100 points through the various activities we have done this year. Additionally, our chapter was recognized as a Virginia FBLA Foundation Life + Bronze Member for having contributed at least $1,000 in the lifetime of the chapter (25yrs this past February).
