BOOSTERTHON IS HERE-
We are excited to welcome the Boosterthon team to our campus over the next week for some amazing character lessons leading up to our annual Fun Run Event on August 28th to raise money for our school! Be sure to have your child register online at mybooster.com to join in the fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $15,000 for purchasing new bleachers for the gym, playground equipment, and flexible seating for our classrooms. Signing up is easy and comes with a fun prize for your student! Our school is working toward a BIG goal and Great Wolf Lodge wants to celebrate with us! Registered families will have the chance to earn some awesome rewards. Log in to mybooster.com today and share your student’s donation page with your whole pack. Just for getting your first donation, students can earn their very own Wolf Ears! LION NATION REMINDERS-
Our lions continue to learn expectations, routines, and procedures. Please remember to be patient with bus transportation as we are working hard to check all students each afternoon as they get on the bus. Also, remember to fill out the “back to school” digital forms in ParentVue. Filling out the forms will allow you access to your student’s information. Please also remember that cars are not allowed in our bus loop during school hours due to daily bus transportation. Please do not pull into our bus loop between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Also, if your child participated in the summer reading, math or history challenge, all forms are due for that by Monday, August 24th. Thank you for your support!
CURBSIDE REMINDERS-
Children should walk in front of their cars for safety. Pull cars up closer than a car length, we want to get as many people in as possible. Please stay in your car and if you need help let us know, we would love to help!

August 24th- Spirit Night at Sweet Frog, 4:00-8:00 pm (see info below)
August 28th- Boosterthon Fun Run, 9:15 am for Grades K-2 and 10:30 am for Grades 3-5. Families are welcome to attend this event which will be held outside on our big soccer field next to the school.
September 7th- Labor Day Holiday. School is closed for all students and staff.
September 8th- PTO Meeting, 6:00 pm
September 17th- Back to School Night and Title I Parent Info Session, 4:30-6:30 pm
September 21st- Student/Teacher Holiday for Yom Kippur. School is closed on this day.

RECORDATORIOS DE LA NACIÓN DEL LEÓN-
Nuestros leones siguen aprendiendo las expectativas, rutinas y procedimientos. Les pedimos paciencia con el transporte escolar, ya que estamos trabajando arduamente para verificar que todos los estudiantes estén presentes cada tarde al subir al autobús. Además, recuerden completar los formularios digitales de "regreso a clases" en ParentVue. Al completar los formularios, podrán acceder a la información de su hijo/a. También les recordamos que no se permiten vehículos en la zona de autobuses durante el horario escolar debido al servicio diario de autobuses. Por favor, no ingresen a la zona de autobuses entre las 8:00 a. m. y las 4:30 p. m. Asimismo, si su hijo/a participó en el desafío de lectura, matemáticas o historia de verano, todos los formularios correspondientes deben entregarse antes del lunes 24 de agosto. ¡Gracias por su apoyo!

8 de septiembre-Reunión de la asociación de padres y maestros, 18:00 horas.
