ATTENDANCE UPDATES TO HELP REACH OUR GOAL-
Let’s finish the last quarter strong by attending school everyday! Here are some attendance numbers:

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO TAKE CARE OF SCHOOL GROUNDS-
The weather is warmer and many activities are taking place after school. We are seeking our community’s help with taking care of our school grounds. We are a community school and we know that many people access our playground when sports practices are going on after school. Please help us by keeping all of the gates closed to our fencing. Also, refrain from going behind the modular unit and fitness trail/primary playground area. It is okay to use the upper playground, but the gates need to stay closed, trash must be picked up, and equipment should be respected. We have fundraisers to raise money for our playground equipment and we want to be sure it is taken care of and not vandalized. Children must be accompanied by adults after hours. No loitering is allowed after sunset.
TITLE III SURVEY-
Title III is a federal program that supports students who are learning English by helping them develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.In Spotsylvania County Public Schools, Title III funds support programs such as the Summer Language Institute, instructional resources, and family events like Resource Fairs, Literacy Nights, College and Career Nights, and STEM Nights. These opportunities help students succeed and keep families connected to their child’s education. We would love to hear from you! Please take a few minutes to complete the Title III Parent Survey and share your feedback.
The survey will close on Friday, May 1st.

Yearbooks will be for sale in the main office from 8:30 am-12:00pm starting Monday (4/13) the cost is $20. Get them soon before we sell out!

ACTUALIZACIONES DE ASISTENCIA PARA AYUDARNOS A ALCANZAR NUESTRO OBJETIVO-
¡Terminemos el último trimestre con fuerza asistiendo a clases todos los días! Aquí les presentamos algunas cifras de asistencia:

NECESITAMOS TU AYUDA PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LAS INSTALACIONES ESCOLARES.
El clima es más cálido y se realizan muchas actividades después de clases. Solicitamos la ayuda de nuestra comunidad para el cuidado de las instalaciones escolares. Somos una escuela comunitaria y sabemos que muchas personas acceden a nuestro patio de recreo durante las prácticas deportivas. Les pedimos su colaboración manteniendo cerradas las puertas de la cerca. Asimismo, les rogamos que no accedan a la zona detrás de la unidad modular ni al sendero de ejercicios/área de juegos principal. Se puede usar el patio superior, pero las puertas deben permanecer cerradas, la basura debe recogerse y el equipo debe cuidarse. Realizamos eventos para recaudar fondos para el equipo del patio de recreo y queremos asegurarnos de que se mantenga en buen estado y no se dañe. Los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto fuera del horario escolar. No se permite merodear después del atardecer.
ENCUESTA DEL TÍTULO III-
El Título III es un programa federal que apoya a los estudiantes que están aprendiendo inglés, ayudándoles a desarrollar sus habilidades para hablar, escuchar, leer y escribir.habilidades.EnLas Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Spotsylvania, a través del Título III, financian programas como el Instituto de Idiomas de Verano, recursos didácticos y eventos familiares como Ferias de Recursos, Noches de Alfabetización, Noches de Orientación Universitaria y Profesional, y Noches de Ciencia, Tecnología, Ingeniería y Matemáticas (STEM). Estas oportunidades ayudan a los estudiantes a tener éxito y mantienen a las familias conectadas con la educación de sus hijos. ¡Nos encantaría saber de usted! Por favor, dedique unos minutos a completar la Encuesta para Padres del Título III y comparta sus comentarios.
La encuesta finalizará el viernes 1 de mayo.
