All SpotsyCTC programs incorporate 21st Century Workplace Readiness Skills. Instructors integrate the 22 Workplace Skills that were identified by Virginia Employers in their daily, weekly and monthly lessons. These skills are broken down into three categories: Personal Qualities and Abilities, Interpersonal Skills and Professional Competencies.
