1) Order online at www.jostens.com or by scanning the QR Code at the bottom of this letter no later than Thursday, April 11th. This ensures you will take advantage of this fantastic promotion.
2) Design your class ring online using our class jewelry designer at www.jostens.com,
select the “order in school” option to print your order form, and turn the completed form in to our Jostens team during lunch on Tuesday, April 9th During Lunch. You can also complete the ring order form located in your design kit.
*All orders placed by April 11th will be
delivered to the class of 2026 together at
an in-school delivery event in the Fall of
24/25 School year– TBA.

WHY ARE CLASS RINGS BEING ORDERED NOW?
It has been a longstanding tradition for class rings to be ordered together as underclassmen. When a student designs and receives their class jewelry it symbolizes their commitment to graduate and creates a connection with their classmates that will be shared for a lifetime. Every ring tells a story, and your class ring will forever represent your unique journey as a member of your graduating class.
IS THE ORDER DEADLINE IMPORTANT?
While you can certainly order your class ring at any time throughout the year, this is the ideal time to order and get the best pricing and promotions that we offer. This order deadline is the ONLY time that will qualify for the $40 OFF AND FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE. Students who order by the deadline will receive their Gift items with their class ring at the in-school delivery event.
WHAT IF MY STUDENT CHANGES THEIR MIND, OR THEY OUTGROW THEIR RING?
We have you covered in all instances. All class rings from Jostens are covered under our LIFETIME WARRANTY. Should your student need to change the size of their ring, repair damaged stones, or want it cleaned and polished, we will take care of it FREE of charge for the life of the ring. We will also change their design-a-side pictures on their class ring one time for free should your student change activities or change their mind. Also included in the purchase of your class ring is 4 years of loss/theft protection which can be upgraded to 10 years for an additional cost of $19.99. So rest assured, as your student’s story changes during high school, so can their class ring.
HOW DOES THE FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE WORK?
The FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE is available for ALL class jewelry orders that are placed by the order deadline except the Basic
Options collection in White Lustrium (P11, P12, P31, P32). If ordering your class ring online, you will be able to select your free gift after you have designed your ring and click “ADD TO CART”. Make sure to enter promo code GWPMTL40. If you are ordering at school, please just include the promotional flyer with your choice of free gift selected.
HOW MUCH DO CLASS RINGS COST & DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Class ring pricing starts at $159.00 for our Basic Options collection (P11, P12, P31, P32 not shown online). We have several affordable class ring collections and metal options to choose from. The Tradewinds collection is our most affordable collection that can be customized by your student. We have several great payment plan options to choose from.
1) Jostens Payment Plans - This option divides the total cost of your class ring purchase into 3 or 4 monthly payments, or
12 bi-weekly payments which are auto charged to your credit card. The first payment is charged at the time of order, and the remaining payments are charged in the following months/weeks. This is an interest free payment program offered by Jostens. Please note that if choosing the 12 Payment plan, it may affect the delivery date of your purchase due to timing of payments.
2) Down Payment - You can place your order with a $100.00 down payment and can
make payments until delivery day, or you can pay the remaining balance at the
time of delivery* (about 14 weeks from the time of order). This plan is available
by selecting the “order in school” option online or by turning in your order form at school.3) Payment in full - Pay in full online or in school.
4) Zero Down Payment Plan - If you are unable to place your down payment with your order, that’s OK! Simply turn in your order form by the deadline and let us know you would like to use our Zero Down Payment Plan. This allows you to place your order with $0 down payment. You will then be able to make payments using the unique online codes that are emailed to you.
