Upcoming Immunization Clinics
Attention Parents and Guardians of Rising 7th Graders:
SCPS will be holding a series of immunization clinics to help you ensure your student meets the immunization requirements set forth by the Code of Virginia. Please visit our Division website for access to the required immunization consent forms. These forms will need to be filled out and submitted to your student's school nurse no later than Friday, February 24 in order to participate in the clinics.

Please see the below chart for information on when your student's school will be holding its immunization clinics. There will be no makeup sessions.
