The Rappahannock Area Health Department will be at Chancellor High on March 25th, to provide immunizations to our students. A Flyer and consent forms will be sent home with 11th and 12th-grade students who are delinquent in their immunizations. Consent forms DUE DATE FEBRUARY 16th. No late forms will be accepted
