16 Warrior writers submitted horror stories in the first ever BMS story competition. Our panel of judges have finally made their difficult decisions and have chosen 1st and 2nd place winners in each grade level.
In 8th grade 1st prize goes to Jasper Warrick for their story titled “Skinwalkers” and 2nd prize goes to Caden Kidd for the “Cursed Stuffing.”
In 7th grade 1st prize was awarded to Amina Wright for “TheBay City Slasher” and 2nd place went to Ace Hunt for “The School.”
In 6th grade, a team of authors took first place: Barin, Akira, Mariana and Delilah co-wrote “The Doll.” In second place is Suha Suhail who wrote “Hanako-san.”
The following students are to be commended for writing and entering their stories: Adrienne Garcia, Jayden Jones, Justin Weldon, Kristen Simmons, Kayden Reyes and Will Miranda.
