Mr. Marchetti has been a resident of Spotsylvania County since 2001 when he started working at Chancellor High School as a Social Studies teacher. He has his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Shippensburg University and a Masters of Educational Leadership from University for Mary Washington. He has taught at Chancellor High School and been an Assistant Principal at King George High School in King George County and Massaponax High School.

Mr. Gibbons is excited to be in his third year at Spotsylvania High School. He grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Spotsylvania County in 2012. For nine years, he taught Social Studies in Spotsylvania County Schools at Courtland HS, Chancellor HS, and Ni River MS. He was then the Administrative Intern at Battlefield Middle School for a year and a half before coming to SHS in January 2023. He has also coached football at Chancellor HS and Stafford HS and baseball at Chancellor HS. Mr. Gibbons earned his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, his master’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, and his educational leadership endorsement from Longwood University in Farmville, VA. Mr. Gibbons lives in Fredericksburg with his wife, Jessica, the English Department Chair at Stafford High School, and two children, Rylee and Easton.

Ms. Hart is in her 29th year of education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. She began teaching at King George High School, where she taught math for 6 years. She then came to Spotsylvania County and Courtland High School. She taught math there for 4 years and coached swimming. Ms. Hart left Courtland to join the administrative team at Spotsylvania High School in 2006, where she served as the instructional coordinator and coached swimming. She resides in Spotsylvania County.

Coach Acors is a native of Partlow, Virginia, and a lifetime Spotsylvania County resident.  He is beginning his 22nd year in education in Spotsylvania County Schools.  Coach Acors taught Health and Physical Education to students in grades 6-8 at Battlefield Middle School for eleven and a half years and Business and Marketing Education courses to high school students at Courtland High School for six and a half more.  He served as Courtland's Head Baseball Coach for eleven seasons (2008-2011 and 2015-2021).  He was the Battlefield District Baseball Coach of the Year in 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2018, and the Virginia Preps Coach of the Year in 2018.  Acors also coached varsity football, ninth-grade basketball, and middle school soccer.  Coach Acors earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Intermont College in 2003 and his master's from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Spotsylvania is home for Coach Acors, his wife Valarie, and their two sons, Grayson, 13 and Wyatt, 10.
