Mrs. Rogucki supervises students with last names Ko-Ri and supervises the Special Education Department. She earned her B.S.Ed at George Mason University in Health and Physical Education and earned her Master's in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to becoming an administrator at Riverbend High School in 2004, Mrs. Rogucki started her career at Massaponax High School teaching PE and Driver Education as well as coached Varsity Swimming and Girls Basketball.

Mr. Lutterbie is responsible for students with last names Ro-Z, and he supervises the Mathematics Department. He earned a BS in Philosophy and Mathematics from Mary Washington College and a Master's in Supervision and Administration from George Mason University. He taught math for 12 years at Massaponax and Riverbend High Schools before becoming an administrator in 2013. Mr. Lutterbie is married with 3 children, 3 dogs, and a cat.

Mrs. Gallaway is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and was an active member and captain of her college Step team.  She then taught third grade before going to Cambridge College where she graduated with her Masters in Education.  Mrs.Gallaway came to SCPS in 2015 as a Reading Specialist. In 2020, Mrs. Gallaway graduated from Old Dominion University with her Ed.S in School Administration and Supervision.  Now she serves as the Assistant Principal for students with last names A-Di and supervises the Social Studies department at Riverbend School.  She feels blessed and honored to work with the staff, students and families in the RHS community. Mr. Munsell supervises students with last names Do-Kl, the Health and Physical Education Department, and the World Language Department and oversees Safety at Riverbend High School. He attended Indiana University of PA for his BS and his MEd and Longwood University for Educational Administration.  Before coming to Riverbend, he served as an administrator at Spotsylvania High School, as an Alternative Education administrator in PA, taught Health and Physical Education, and coached Football at Colonial Forge High School for ten years. Spotsylvania County is home to Mr. Munsell, his wife Sarah, and their two children, Lily and Leo. They are very excited to be part of the Riverbend community. Go Bears!

Mrs. Meredith attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania majoring in Elementary Education. She began her teaching career at Post Oak Middle School as a science teacher. She then earned her Masters of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University. Since 2006, she has held various roles in the division including an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher and an Instructional Coach.

Mrs. Rolling serves as the director of school counseling at Riverbend. She has been in education for 30 years and began her educational career as an elementary school teacher in 1992 in Westmoreland County Virginia. She taught 4th grade, 1st grade and 5th grade. In 1998, She began teaching middle school in Spotsylvania County and taught until she completed her master’s in counseling education in 2006 from VCU. Since the 2006 school year, she has been a counselor at Riverbend High School. When she is not working, Mrs. Rolling enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports- specifically the Penguins, as well as traveling to visit and spend time with family and friends.

I was born and raised in neighboring Orange County. I graduated from Orange County High School in 1994, and received BS in Health and Physical Education from Bridgewater College in 1998. For 25 years I have taught and coached at Orange County High School. During this time, l have had the privilege to lead many programs as the head coach in softball, baseball, and basketball. Most recently serving as the head football coach for the past 8 years. This experience along with being an Assistant Athletic Director at Orange for several years and Head of the Drivers Ed Department has lead me to this great opportunity here at Riverbend High School. I'm a proud husband and father of two children.  My wife (Kristin Lohr), married for 24 years and my two children, Shane (22) and Jordyn (17).
