How can I check to see if I ordered a yearbook?

Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com (access code 5123). Once on the school landing page, click on the link for "FIND YOUR ORDER" under the "ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER?" menu.

I ordered school pictures but never received them. What do I do?

School photos are mailed directly to your home from our photographer. You can email underclass@vosphoto.com to check your order status.

What do I do if I never received a Student ID Card?

Student ID cards are only issued to students who sit for a portrait with Victor O'Neal on a school picture day. If you do not have an ID card and need proof of enrollment for work, please contact your counselor or Ms. Watts in the counseling office.

What do I do if I lose my ID Card?

Student ID replacement cards cost $25 and can only be issued if you sit for a photo on a school picture day during the present year. Replacement cards can be purchased here.

I don't have a picture in StudentVue. What do I do?

Your picture in Synergy is based on the last school picture you took in SCPS. If you have never had a picture taken while attending a SCPS school, you will not have a photo in StudentVue. You may be asked by the school registrar to sit for a photo in Counseling if you did not participate in a school photo day.

How do I order sports pictures?

Information about sports picture days and ordering photos will come from your coach or our Activities Director.
