*Lower self esteem
*Depression and anxiety
*Absenteeism and lowered school achievement
*Thoughts of suicide
*Physical illness
Effects of Bullying on Bystanders:
Bystanders may feel:
*Afraid
*Powerless to change the situation
*Guilty for not acting
*Diminished empathy for targets over time
