Marcie Fields, Principal
My name is Marcie Fields, and I am proud to be the principal of the greatest school ever!!! I am happy to say it is my 7th year being a Cardinal! I love this community! I believe in our students, and I believe in the importance of a partnership with our families. My passion is children, and my desire is for each and every staff member to believe in our kids! My goal is to cultivate an environment where kids are first, instruction is solid, and learning is fun!
Prior to becoming the Principal of Courthouse Road, I had the wonderful opportunity of serving in Stafford County for 17 years. In Stafford County I was able to gain experience as a building level principal, central office supervisor for special education, assistant principal, coordinator for an alternative day placement, department chair of special education, and as a special education teacher. Six years ago I was thrilled to have the opportunity to serve in Spotsylvania County where I am able to serve in my home community and in a district where my children attend. I am so fortunate to have three wonderful boys and a supportive husband, and my greatest gift is precious time with them.
Please join me in this amazing partnership. Thank you for sharing your most precious commodity with us! Our goal is to make your child’s experience at Courthouse Road an amazing experience!!!!
