Dr. Wright began his career in Spotsylvania County Schools in 1992 and has served the county in the roles of teacher, coach, assistant principal and principal. He earned his undergraduate degree in English in 1991 from the University of Richmond and later his M.Ed. and Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University. He resides in Spotsylvania County with his wife and three sons.
Mrs. Rogucki supervises students with last names Ko-Ri and supervises the Special Education Department. She earned her B.S.Ed at George Mason University in Health and Physical Education and earned her Master's in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to becoming an administrator at Riverbend High School in 2004, Mrs. Rogucki started her career at Massaponax High School teaching PE and Driver Education as well as coached Varsity Swimming and Girls Basketball.
Mr. Lutterbie is responsible for students with last names Ro-Z, and he supervises the Mathematics Department. He earned a BS in Philosophy and Mathematics from Mary Washington College and a Master's in Supervision and Administration from George Mason University. He taught math for 12 years at Massaponax and Riverbend High Schools before becoming an administrator in 2013. Mr. Lutterbie is married with 3 children, 3 dogs, and a cat.
Roderick Goode supervises students with last names A - DL. He Supervises both Career and Technical Education along with Health and Physical Education Departments. He attended Utah State University for his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Sociology and Chapman University in Orange California for his Masters of Art in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership. His areas of specialty include Business Management, Educational Equity, and Business Technology . Before coming to Riverbend he served as an Assistant Principal at East High School, Principal of Northwest Middle School, and an Educational Equity Specialist all in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mrs. Bickerstaff supervises students with last names Do-Kl, Science and World Language Departments. She attended West Virginia University for her BS, the University of Alaska Anchorage for her MEd, and University of Mary Washington for Educational Administration. Her areas of specialty include English, Social Studies, and Special Education. Before coming to Riverbend she served as an administrator at Spotsylvania High School, King George Office of Special Services, and taught at Massaponax High School and Colony High School in Palmer, Alaska.
