• Weight training and conditioning for football

    Starting June 17th - Aug 1
    Monday and Wednesday 5:00-7:30
    Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-7:00.
    Equipment issue July 29-31
    First day of practice/tryouts Aug 1.
     
    Here is our practice schedule:
    Aug 1: 6am-7:30 am and 4:30pm-7:30pm
    Aug 2: 4:30pm - 8pm
    Aug 5: 6am - 7:30 am and 4pm-8pm (base line testing with athletic trainer at 4pm, should last 1 hour)
    Aug 6: 4:30pm-8pm
    Aug 7: 6am-7:30am and 4:30pm-7:30pm
    Aug 8: 4:30pm-8pm
    Aug 9: 6am-7:30am and 4:30pm-7:30pm
    Starting Aug 12, we will start our after school schedule
     
     
     
    Field Hockey 
     
    Summer Conditioning: May 29 - August 1st
    Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:15- 9:00 am (meet and pick-up by the weight room side of the building) 
     
    Tryouts: 
    August 5th- 7th 5:30-8:00 pm (meet and pick-up by the stadium) 
     
     
     
    Volleyball
     
    Open Gyms: 8-10 am Monday and Wednesday (weight room from 8-9 and gym from 9-10)
    Setters Training: 8-9 am Tuesday and Thursday (gym)
     
    Tryouts: August 5- August 7th from 4:00-6:00 pm
     
     
     
    Cross Country

    Start Date August 5th Time 9am at Loreilla Park.
    Conditioning will start in July. TBA
    Workouts to post to website will be available on Monday.

    Golf Tryouts
    All dates at Fawn Lake CC
    Open Range- July 30 and 31 from 4:00-6:00 PM. 
    Tryouts- August 1 and 2. Tee times begin at 2:30 both days. Please do not arrive at the course prior to 1:45. 
    All those trying out must have a current (post May 1, 2019) completed VHSL physical on file with the Riverbend athletic trainer or you must bring one with you. Each student must also complete concussion awareness found on the Riverbend website under the athletic tab
