The objective of Health and Physical Education is to engage the students in a physical fitness, athletic sports, health education, and character education learning environment.  This course will include activities that will expand the physical, mental, social, and emotional well being of each student.  Current fitness activities and lifetime fitness information will be provided in an enthusiastic, motivational, and fun atmosphere.

As students are at home for an extended break, keeping them active is important.  Students created fitness plans during the first semester to improve their physical fitness.  To extend their learning and physical fitness, have students create a new plan using their prior knowledge of PE activities, physical activities they enjoy, and the presentation (and worksheet) to help them create weekly fitness plans.

See the links below for the presentation and fitness planning worksheet.  This is also a great opportunity to get all family members involved in fitness activities.
