Leave:
- Sick Leave - 1 work day per month contracted - 240 days maximum incurred over one year to next
- New employees to SCPS may transfer up to 60 days of sick leave from their previous school division(s).
- Personal Leave - 2 days per contract year - 5 days maximum carried over one year to next
- Bereavement Leave - 3 days per occurrence of death in immediate family - not carried over from one year to the next
- Annual Leave - only full-time 12-month employees (salary not based on 12-month teacher salary scale) are eligible
