  • SUMMER INSTITUTE - Information about the 2021 summer school opportunities for our students and families is now available. This year’s experiences include skill remediation in literacy and numeracy, credit recovery, infused social and emotional support, enrichment opportunities, special education services, and ESOL services for Level I and II students.  Please see our SCPS Summer Institute program for more information - English PDF version and Spanish PDF version.

  • Food Pick-ups are on WEDNESDAYS from 8am-4pm drive-thru pickup at 13 elementary and middle schools sites and 8am-7pm at 4 high schools and Post Oak MS. Please use this link for additional information.

    The Spring sports season is almost here and practices/try-outs will be starting on April 12, 2021.  The official start dates/times for Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Boys Lacrosse, Girls Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, Girls Tennis and Track & Field are: 

    BOYS SOCCER:   Monday, April 12th – 2:45pm-4:45pm  (meet in the gym to check in)

    GIRLS SOCCER:   Monday, April 12th – 2:45pm-4:45pm  (meet in the gym to check in)

    BASEBALL:   Monday, April 12th  – 5pm-8pm  (meet at Baseball Game Field)

    SOFTBALL:   Monday, April 12th - 3pm-5pm  (meet in the gym to check in)

    BOYS LACROSSE Monday, April 12th – 3pm-5pm  (meet in the gym to check in)

    GIRLS LACROSSE:   Monday, April 12th – 3pm-4:30pm  (meet in the gym to check in)

    BOYS TENNIS:   Monday, April 12th – 2:45pm-4:45pm  (meet in the gym to check in)

  • Student Attendance

    Students are reminded to check in with their teachers each school day to be counted present.
    • Teachers are taking attendance during class meetings each day, each period. 
    • On Wednesdays students need to at least contact their A1 teacher via a form or email.
    • Attendance still counts on asynchronous days and the student must contact the A1 teacher by noon.

  • ACCESS Testing - ATTENTION ESOL STUDENTS - If you are an ESOL student who needs to take the federally mandated ACCESS test, you should have gotten a form asking if you need bus transportation.  All virtual students will be taking the test on Wednesdays of your choosing during our testing window of Feb 8 to April 16th -- hybrid students will take it during designated school days.  More information about scheduling will be coming out through talkingpoints, school email, and ESOL class.  If you have questions or concerns about COVID safety and taking the test, please contact Ms. Lanzarone at or Ms. Stanfield at
