All students trying out for a spring sport MUST have an updated Physical and Concussion Training Form on file with CMS. Please make sure that you have both by the first day of tryouts, as well as all pages completed on your child's physical. Students will NOT be able to tryout until all forms are completed and turned in.
When dropping your student off in the morning, please make sure to pull up as far as you can on the circle to let your child(ren) out.
The latest time to make any transportation changes, which need to be in writing is 2:35 P.M.
If your child is absent, please send him/her with a note on their return as to why they were absent. If a student comes in tardy or leaves school early and does not return, this will go against their perfect attendance. Any questions please call Mrs. Champ at 540-786-8099 ext. 6102
Parents are reminded that phone calls from the office are for emergencies only. If a student has forgotten an assignment or clothes items, this does not consititute an emergency.
